By accessing or using any PureMark tool (puremark.app and its subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

PureMark provides free, browser-based developer tools including image annotation, JSON formatting, and other utilities. All processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. Free to Use

PureMark tools are currently provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features (PureMark Pro) in the future, but core functionality will remain free.

4. No Account Required

PureMark does not require account registration. No personal information is needed to use our tools.

5. Your Data

• All data you input into PureMark tools is processed entirely in your browser.
• We do not store, access, or transmit your data.
• You are solely responsible for the content you process with our tools.

6. Intellectual Property

PureMark and its logo are trademarks. The tools, design, and source code are owned by PureMark. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our tools without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PureMark tools are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use PureMark tools for any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the tools
• Overload our infrastructure with automated or excessive requests

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PureMark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
